Client Overview

We partnered with Ecliption, which is based out of Singapore and is on a mission to build a unique ecosystem that blends social networking, crypto trading, blogging, and freelancing. With a big launch planned to target more than 5,000 active users right from day one. They wanted their platform to run smoothly and reliably, even under heavy traffic.

The Challenge

Launching a platform like this wasn’t going to be simple. The client faced a mix of technical roadblocks that could have impacted user experience if not handled early:

  • AWS Cognito authentication made it tricky to simulate thousands of unique virtual users.
  • KYC validation required real Aadhaar/PAN details, which limited scalability in test scenarios.
  • Session tokens expired every 2 minutes, cutting user journeys short.
  • Critical flows like blog posting and talent hiring (gig creation) slowed down under load.

Their ultimate business goal? Handle 5,000 concurrent sessions while keeping response times under 3 seconds before launch.

Our Approach

We partnered with the client’s dev team, built test scenarios for key flows, and gradually scaled stress tests from 2,000 to 5,000+ users using cloud-based load generators.

Tools & Technologies We Used

  • Apache JMeter – for scripting and simulating real-world user flows.
  • Baseline11– to run large-scale cloud-based load tests.
  • Custom Scripts & Backend KYC Approvals – to safely replicate identity validation without using sensitive data.

Our Solution

To tackle the bottlenecks, we:

  • Reused a smaller pool of authenticated users in loops to bypass AWS Cognito’s restrictions.
  • Partnered with the dev team to extend token validity from 2 minutes to 24 hours.
  • Coordinated backend KYC validations for test users to overcome scalability limits.
  • Implemented post-request redirects, ensuring flows like blogging and gig creation didn’t stall.
  • Re-ran tests at full scale (5,000+ users) with the optimized setup.

The Results We Delivered

  • Achieved stable performance under 5,000 concurrent users.
  • Kept average response times below 3 seconds—meeting the business goal.
  • Fixed bottlenecks that caused 500 errors in blogging and gig creation.
  • Gave the green light for a smooth product launch.

What Our Client Says

“PrimeQA’s testing gave us confidence to launch, knowing our platform could handle thousands of users without bottlenecks.”

— CTO, Ecliption

Why This Matters for Your Business

When launching digital products, especially ones that expect high traffic from day one, speed and reliability aren’t optional. A slow or crashing platform can ruin user trust instantly.

By combining Load & Performance Testing with a business-focused approach, PrimeQA helped Ecliption scale with confidence, safeguard revenue, and deliver a better user experience.
